The Data Export tab in the Audience Management Platform allows you to pull reports that provide deep insights into content and channel effectiveness.

Monitored Content

The Monitored Content Report contains detailed analytics about the sources being monitored in the Audience Management Platform. Below is an explanation of what each element includes.

  • Timestamp: the date and time the post was made.
  • Item ID: the unique content item ID.
  • Item Type: the type of item, i.e. a post or a comment to a post.
    • Facebook Post item: a post made on the Facebook fan page.
    • Facebook Comment Item: a comment made on a Facebook post.
    • Tweet Item: a post made on Twitter.
    • RSS Story Item: a post pulled in from an RSS feed.
  • Item URL: a direct URL to the post.
  • Network: the network the post was made to.
  • Source Type: the source the content is pulling from; Facebook profile, Facebook search, Twitter timeline, Twitter mention, Twitter search or RSS.
  • Source: the name of the monitored source the post was found on.
  • Social Network User ID: the ID associated with the user.
  • User Name: the user name of the person/page who made the post.
  • Item Body: the actual content of the message.
  • Item Media: whether or not the post included an attachment.
  • Total Comments: the total number of comments made on the post (if from a Facebook source).
  • Total Likes: the total number of Likes on the post (if from a Facebook source).
  • Status: whether or not the post has been deleted in the Audience Management Platform.
  • Assigned To: to whom the post has been assigned in the Audience Management Platform.
  • Sentiment: the sentiment that has been assigned to the post in the Audience Management Platform.
  • Parent Post ID: the ID of the original post, i.e. if it’s a comment on a post.
Social Apps

Social App Reports provide detailed analytics on the different Involver applications being utilized on your Facebook fan pages. To get a report, click the name of the Facebook fan page (to the left) for which you want to view a summary. Next, choose a time range and a report type. Below is an explanation for each of the three report options, with details itemized below.

Page Summary: provides overall data aggregated daily across all tabs.

  • Tab Views: the number of times your tabs have been viewed.
  • Content Item Shares: the number of times content items (RSS stories, Twitter status, etc.) were shared across all tabs. Will always be 0 if there are no content items or no share links for those content items (does not include share buttons that are not linked to the content item).
  • Comments: the total number of comments across all tabs, if there are comment walls on any of the tabs. Will always be 0 if there are no comment walls.

Application Summary: provides similar data to Page Summary, but broken down by individual tab. 

  • Application: the type of application/feature on a given tab (SML, Twitter feed, YouTube config, etc.).
  • Tab: the name of the tab as it was installed to the page. (Note: If you manually change the name of the tab on Facebook, that change will NOT be reflected in your AMP Data Export reports)
  • Tab Views: the number of times the tab was viewed.
  • Content Item Shares: the number of times content items (RSS stories, Twitter statuses, etc.) were shared on a tab. Will always be 0 if there are no content items or no share links for those content items (does not include share buttons that are not linked to the content item).
  • Comments: the total number of comments, if there is a comment wall on the tab. Will always be 0 if there is no comment wall.
  • Signup Completions: the number of signups, if tab includes a signup feature. Will be blank if the tab has no signup feature.
  • Poll Responses: the number of poll responses, if tab includes a poll. Will be blank if the tab has no poll feature.
  • Other actions: the number of custom interaction types, if any custom interactions were instrumented by the developer of the tab.
  • Clickthroughs: the number of times links displayed within the tab content item were clicked; displayed as a column with the heading format, "[content of the link] | [URL]".

Content Summary: provides data on each content item within each tab (RSS stories, Twitter statuses, etc.).

  • Application: the type of application/feature on a given tab (SML, Twitter feed, YouTube config, etc.).
  • Tab: the name of the tab as it was installed to the page. (Note: If you manually change the name of the tab on Facebook, that change will NOT be reflected in your AMP Data Export reports)
  • Content Item: the title of the content item.
  • Clickthroughs: the number of times links displayed within the tab content item were clicked.
  • Shares: the number of times the content item was shared. Will be 0 if the page does not provide per-content share buttons.
  • Comments: the number of comments on the content item, if there is a comment wall on the tab and that wall is associated with a particular content item on the page (see default layouts for the YouTube feature). Will be 0 if the page does not have a comment wall or if the comment wall is not specific to a content item.
  • Poll Responses: the number of poll responses, if the application is a poll. Will be blank if the application is not a poll.
Post Insights

The post insights report provides you with engagement data directly from Facebook's API. See the itemized list below.

  • Title: Title of the link attached to the post or the message copy if no link is attached.
  • Origin identifier: The unique identifier of the particular post on Facebook.  Can be used to reconcile this data with data from other systems.
  • Published At: Day, Date, and Time of published message
  • Post URL: URL of the post on Facebook, can view all comments here as well.
  • Author: Name of the Admin who posted the message
  • Media Type: If there was any media attached the post other an a Link, it will be indicated here. (Image, Video, Flash)
  • Likes: How many likes this post received to date.
  • Comments: How many comments this post received to date.
  • Shares: How many times this link was shared by other users.
  • Link Clicks: How many times users have clicked on the link attached in the post.
  • Other Clicks: Clicks on any other part of the message.  Often these are accidental clicks, but it shows that the user is hovering on the content and active.
  • Impressions: Number of times the message was visible to a user either in their news feed or on the Page Timeline.
  • Unique Impressions: Number of unique users to which this message has been displayed.
